How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Dadbasis Tree Service wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Dadbasis Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider you were connected with
When the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If tree work at your property went badly, start by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Dadbasis Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@dadbasis.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Send It
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help.
